I feel I have to down on paper my congratulations to one of your sales team namely Mr Jamie Waterstone.

Thank you kindly for sending our tax disc back and also the luggage net, which we are sure, we'll find very useful.

We are extremely pleased with the care and everyone says how lovely it is. In fact we had a parcel delivered by courier service the other day and the driver said: "I've brought you this parcel but I'm taking the car away with me"!

We have also noticed the double looks especially from young men - you can almost hear them thinking: "What that old couple doing with a sporty car like that?"

But we don't care - we think it's great.

I would Just like to make you aware about the excellent service my son and I received whilst we purchased a car from NORRIS which was a Fiat Punto.

During the entire process of selecting the car and purchasing the car we were pleased to have made the decision to have looked around your court yard of for sale cars. As it was my sons first car I was particularly pleased as you always remember purchasing your first car that you bought.

Particular thanks goes out to Keith (AKA) "Lofty" who went out of his way after purchasing the car to explain to Alex on how everything worked from inside the car. I felt the atmosphere inside the dealers was very friendly, relaxed and informal not like some "sterile" dealership.

Having left your garage my wife and I felt that we had a good deal on the car and the service "Lofty" gave us was excellent. We recently brought a car from Ford (Tamworth) and all I can say that I wished that I went to look at NORRIS first before Fords.

The car itself at the moment is superb and Alex is over the moon with it.
